Coconut and hazelnut cookies from almond flour

Ingredients: almond flour (23%), whole rice flour (22%), canola oil, dietary fiber (chicory), sweetener: erythritol, steviol glycoside (derived from the stevia plant), applesauce, tapioca starch, coconut (3%), Hazelnuts (2.5%), leavening agent: baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, sodium pyrophosphate).
